We provide services across Leicester, Leicestershire, and the wider East Midlands region. Service availability in specific areas may vary.
2.3 Service Standards
All services are carried out with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We aim to complete all work to a professional standard.
3. Quotations and Pricing
3.1 Free Quotations
We provide free, no-obligation quotations for all our services. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Pricing
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable. The quoted price includes:
- Labour and equipment
- Removal and disposal of debris
- Before and after photographs (where requested)
3.3 Additional Work
If additional work is required beyond the original quotation (e.g., unexpected blockages, repairs needed), we will:

4. Bookings and Appointments

- We confirm the appointment date and time
4.2 Access Requirements
You must ensure:
- Safe and clear access to all areas requiring work
- Gates are unlocked or access codes provided
- Vehicles are moved if blocking access
- Pets are secured during the service
4.3 Weather Conditions
Some services may be weather-dependent. If conditions are unsafe (e.g., high winds, heavy rain, ice), we may need to reschedule. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date at no additional cost.
4.4 Cancellations
By You: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.
By Us: If we need to cancel, we will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule at your convenience.
5. Payment Terms

- Card payment (where available)
5.2 Payment Timing
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger projects, we may require:

- Recover reasonable debt collection costs

- Pre-existing damage or defects discovered during work
- Damage caused by faulty or deteriorated materials (e.g., brittle guttering)
- Consequential losses (e.g., loss of business, loss of profit)
- Damage caused by factors outside our control
Important: If we discover pre-existing damage during our work, we will inform you and document it with photographs. We are not responsible for damage that existed before our arrival.
7.4 Reporting Damage
Any claims for damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of the service being completed, with supporting photographs where possible.
8. Health and Safety

8.2 Your Responsibilities
